A little piece of history! The now retired space shuttle Endeavour flies over Moffit Field (Mountain View, CA) September 21, 2012 on its way to its final resting place at the California Science Center in L.A. The shuttle hitched ride atop a modified Boeing 747 jumbo jet and flew over hanger 1, a piece of history itself that is slowly being dismantled.
